What is FlightCamp TRX?
FlightCamp TRX is an all levels intense, hour-long, full-body circuit workout using the TRX suspension system, weighted balls, cardio intervals, and bodyweight exercises (like pullups and dips).
FlightCamp will help you build core strength and supplement your yoga practice, improve your overall muscle balance, and support long-term health & vitality.
Please wear shoes, bring water, and a mat. Be prepared to sweat, play, and fly!
